Who Can Use This Service

Using the Website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Purchases and Rentals

Screen Addiction offers films for purchase and rental through the website:

• Purchase (Lifetime Streaming): Grants ongoing streaming access to the purchased film via your account or guest access link.
• Rental (48 Hours): Grants streaming access for 48 hours from the moment you press play.
• Guest Checkout: You may buy or rent films without creating an account. Access is provided via the email address collected during checkout.
• Gift Cards: Gift card codes may be purchased and redeemed for films. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Prices are displayed on each film's page. All payments are processed by Stripe.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital streaming content:

• Access begins immediately upon purchase
• You agree to start right away
• You lose your right to cancel once access is provided

If you have not yet started playback, you may contact us within 14 days at support@screenaddiction.com.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once streaming access has started. Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• A technical issue prevents you from accessing the content
• You were charged twice for the same purchase
